Darby Architectural is an architectural practice founded in 2018 and based in the seaside city of Brighton and Hove.
We specialise in the production of architectural drawings for a variety of requirements and for a wide-ranging clientele - from homeowners to builders, to developers and landlords. Our projects are diverse in nature - spanning modest extensions and refurbishments, through to new build houses and blocks of flats.
From our Hove based design studio we take each project from conception to completion, preparing designs and specifications tailor made to each situation, whilst ensuring the correct consents and formalities are adhered to. The small nature of our team encourages an awareness amongst us all of the development of each project, and a shared ambition to achieve the best outcome.

Courtney Darby ACIAT

Courtney is an Architectural Technologist and affiliate member of CIAT. Graduating with an honours degree from the University of Northampton in 2014, Courtney worked in local, private practice for a number of years prior to establishing Darby Architectural. Courtney has worked on a multitude of projects from conception to completion, both local and further afield.
Bryn Garrish
Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Bryn joined Darby Architectural in early 2020 as a freelance assistant and went on to join the company fully when we moved into our Hove office in August 2020. Bryn studied Architecture at the University of Brighton and has recently become a Part 2 qualified Architect. Bryn has assisted in numerous projects and offers a unique perspective on design and conceptuality.
