how we do it
We believe every project is a grand design in its own right. Whether you are adding an extension, building a bespoke home, or have acquired land for 30 houses, your investment is hard earned, and we want you to make the most out of it. For us, each project is personal - that means we are fully invested in making the most out of it for you too. We have found most projects however big or small, fall into six distinct stages:

Our initial conversation or ‘brief’ will form the foundation of all future stages of the project, so it is important we fully understand your goals and objectives for the project.
A detailed and accurate set of existing drawings is the steppingstone for a smooth-running project. A measured survey would be carried out by us or by a specialist surveyor when appropriate.

Making the space work for you is at the heart of what we do, so let’s work together to use our experience and knowledge to meet your needs. This is the ideal time to explore all the options for making the most of your space and budget.
design
planning
Having come up with the ideal design, it is time to get the necessary planning consents. Planning can sometimes be a bit of a bumpy ride; however, we like to use our experience to iron out any obstacles at the design stage.
detailing
Conforming with the building regulations is one of the most important aspects of any project. We have vast experience in technical construction detailing and ensure the end-product is both compliant and buildable.
specification
A concise schedule of finishes is essential to making the most of your new space. From kitchen designs and lighting layouts through to the colour of the paint on the walls – we can help you prepare a document so you know what you are getting from the project.
